D’altra banda, la comissió europea també ha publicat les directrius sobre pràctiques prohibides d’intel·ligència artificial que inclouen les pràctiques d’IA que es consideren inacceptables per contradir els valors i els drets fonamentals europeus.

Webinar DORA: la solvència de la tecnologia

El Col·legi d’Actuaris de Catalunya (CAC), dins del seu programa d’activitats formatives, ha presentat el webinar titulat DORA: LA SOLVÈNCIA DE LA TECNOLOGIA, que va comptar amb la destacada participació de Jesús Ansón, responsable d’AREA XXI Technologies.

Durant la seva presentació, Ansón va destacar que el 17 de gener de 2025 va ser aplicable la nova normativa DORA (Digital Operations Resilience Act) provinent de la Unió Europea, que no ha necessitat de transposició local i porta vigent des de fa dos anys.

Segons Ansón, la nova normativa afecta un gran nombre de companyies al sector financer i assegurador, incloent sectors fins ara poc regulats com són les companyies proveïdores de serveis de Criptoactius.

Concretament, en el cas del sector assegurador es veuen afectades la majoria de les companyies, mediadors i fons de pensions.

El Sr. Ansón va comentar igualment que DORA fa referència a la gestió del risc associat a la tecnologia, de manera que aquesta normativa afectarà la relació que hi ha entre la tecnologia i els processos de negoci en tots i cadascun dels àmbits de l’entitat.

Finalment, es va informar de la rellevància que la Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones atorga a aquest tema i que va quedar demostrada amb els qüestionaris remesos a les entitats perquè informessin el supervisor del grau d’avenç en la implantació de la nova normativa.
